During the first reporting period, the ADRIONWIND consortium successfully prepared the Collaboration Network Framework and Guidelines (Deliverable D.1.1.1), laying the foundation for a strong, dynamic, and cross-border offshore wind ecosystem in the Adriatic-Ionian region.

The framework defines the network’s objectives, governance structure, membership categories, target groups, and operational principles, ensuring structured, transparent, and impactful collaboration among SMEs, large companies, research institutions, policymakers, and local communities.

By enabling faster knowledge transfer, stronger partnerships, and coordinated innovation, ADRIONWIND is setting the strategic direction for a long-term, self-sustaining collaboration platform that will support the region’s transition toward clean, competitive, and climate-neutral energy.
